Is their no limit to the character's level in guild wars?

If not then what's the last level you can reach?

You will continue to gain 1 skill point for every 15,000xp after level 20, however. It takes 120,000xp to reach level 20 (or was it 140,000?). Most hardcore PvE'ers have well over 1000k, and very rarely, 10000k+
